The Pinkwater Metzger Team, led by Julie Pinkwater and Will Metzger, has joined SERHANT. in the Hamptons, making the move after building a strong track record at Douglas Elliman.

The team has more than $160 million in career sales, including nearly $20 million over the past year, and was ranked among the top 15% of Douglas Elliman teams nationwide. Pinkwater and Metzger also represented the buyer in the highest sale at The Watchcase, the luxury residential complex in Sag Harbor.

The move brings the team to a brokerage that has expanded rapidly since its founding in 2020, now operating across 17 markets with more than 2,000 agents worldwide.

Before entering real estate, Pinkwater and Metzger worked in New York City media and advertising, experience they say has shaped their approach to marketing properties and understanding clients. The team has built its business around creative marketing, strategic thinking and a strong understanding of both the emotional and practical sides of real estate.

Pinkwater also serves as chair of the board of trustees of God’s Love We Deliver, a New York City-based nonprofit that provides medically tailored meals to people who are unable to shop for or prepare meals themselves.
