Labor Day has come and gone, and filming has wrapped on Bravo’s Summer House, the reality show that follows a group of friends spending their summers in the Hamptons. For Season 11, however, the show had a new home base — a newly built, 11,000-square-foot house in Southampton’s North Sea community.

The house at 53 Millstone Brook Road, estimated by Zillow at $7.7 million, became the backdrop for the summer after production company Truly Original filed the necessary permits with the Town of Southampton.

Ryan J. Murphy, Southampton’s Town Code Compliance and Emergency Management Administrator, said filming went smoothly from his perspective.

After Labor Day, he reported, “A minor complaint of some noise one day a few weeks ago, but I reached out to the production company and within minutes, they addressed the issue. Truly Original has been very cooperative and responsive in any of my dealings with them.”

While the show won’t air for at least a few months, here’s what we know about their main filming location:

The contemporary farmhouse sits back from the road, angled on a gently sloping 1.15-acre property directly across from the entrance to Emma Elliston Memorial Park, which stretches along the north shore of Big Fresh Pond. Its white vertical siding, black metal accents, expansive windows and multiple gabled rooflines give it a distinctly modern farmhouse aesthetic.
