Meet Frank Fisher, Owner of Go Green Sanitation

On Long Island’s East End, where success is often measured in spectacular waterfront estates, luxury developments and high-profile investments, some of the area’s most influential business leaders are the ones quietly building companies, creating jobs and investing in the communities they call home.
Frank Fisher is one of those entrepreneurs working diligently to help the East End continue to thrive.
A lifelong resident of the Riverhead area who currently lives in Westhampton Beach, Frank was born in Riverhead and graduated from Riverhead High School. He has been working to shape and enrich the surrounding community ever since. Frank’s entrepreneurial journey started in 1997 with a lawnmower and a flyer for low-cost lawn care. Frank worked tirelessly over the next few decades to turn that small business into the array of successful enterprises he heads now. Starting in the spring of 2010 with his refuse company Go-Green Sanitation which specializes in residential waste removal, Mr. Fisher parlayed his knowledge and resources into several new and exciting industries that serve both the North Fork and the Hamptons. Mr. Fisher has established himself as a leading businessman with many company interests that include, energy distribution, sanitation services, property development, small-business lending and real estate holdings of all types including commercial, industrial and residential. With many more business endeavors on the horizon, Frank is determined to continue his commitment to the East End and the entire community. As he likes to point out, “the East End isn’t just where I work, it’s where I live and raise my family, it’s home.”
Frank has shown his level of drive and commitment to the area with eight projects currently under construction and another 11 in the permit process. These projects range from $300,000 to the largest which will be Mr. Fisher’s new headquarters. It’s a state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot undertaking with a $20 million dollar investment that is going up at 48 Kromer Ave. in Riverhead. This site is nearing completion and will be the largest propane terminal on Long Island. Mr. Fisher plans to develop a rail spur into his facility that will allow propane to be transported directly to the East End at significantly reduced rates, positioning his company 631 Propane, to really deliver on Frank’s goal of cutting out the middle man and selling, “wholesale direct to the public” in the near future. An exciting development in servicing his customers on the North Fork and the Hamptons with great product and great value!
Additionally, upon completion, project representatives estimate the potential for 54 full-time jobs and 10 part-time jobs that will further positively impact the local economy. This new project will offer opportunities for other small businesses in need of office or industrial space and will be the new home of Fisher’s many ventures including The Fisher Organization that handles all property acquisitions, developments and maintenance. Frank’s philosophy in real estate centers on pride of ownership. He firmly believes in providing top-notch value to his tenants and community. His acquired properties are improved and kept for the next generation, putting his name and reputation on every building.
Fisher firmly believes Riverhead is the ideal location for his many ventures not only due to its ideal location between the North and South Forks but because he has been involved with the growth of the last few decades, he has worked hand in hand with the community of small-business owners and service providers that make the East End such an opportunity for success. They are the ones who are the foundations of a successful, thriving community.
