Halloween on Long Island continues to become a lot more than dressing up and haunted houses. Restaurants transform into witchy pop-ups, bars roll out spooky cocktail menus and costume parties, and family destinations host everything from Halloween breakfasts to aquarium trick-or-treating.
Here are some of the biggest Halloween happenings announced so far across Nassau and Suffolk counties for 2026.

Bull Smith’s Tavern transforms into a Hocus Pocus-inspired Halloween experience with elaborate décor, themed food and drinks, live entertainment, photo opportunities and an interactive witch character meet-and-greet. Tickets include a 90-minute seating and souvenir stadium-style cup.
